1.How do I cancel an order?
- Cancelling an unpaid order.
To cancel and unpaid order, please log into your Shein account. There you will go to "My Orders" and click on the "Cancel Order" button. Your order will be cancelled from there.
- Cancelling a paid order.
To cancel a paid order, please log into your Shein accout. You will need to submit a ticket by clicking the "My Tickets" button and completing all the necessary information. Once we receive the ticket we will cancel your order within 24 hours. If you feel like you need to cancel the order right away, then please click on the "Online Help" button at the top of the homepage.
Please note that once an order has shipped we can not cancel the order. Please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to arrange a refund.
2.How do I return an item?
Most returns can be processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Considering 3-5 days for delivery, we may need 10-15 days to confirm your returned items. We’ll issue the refund to your SHEIN wallet if we are not otherwise informed to refund to your payment account in advance.
Returning shipping charges are non-refundable.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
For International Orders:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your package.
- Please submit a ticket, indicate which items you would like to return and the reason for the return. You can find all SKU numbers on the shopping page.
- Securely pack the item(s) in a box or envelope of your choice.
- Please put your authorization number next to the Recipient name. Mail your return package using a traceable carrier.
- Send your return tracking number or a picture of return receipt to our team.
